NullFTP.com was the home of NullFTP — a cult freeware FTP client famous for fitting on a floppy, launching instantly, and never crashing. We resurrected the philosophy: do one thing — move files — insanely fast and safely.

Is NullFTP really only 1.8MB?

Yes. Native C++ with no web runtime. Installer is 1.8MB on Windows, 2.4MB on macOS (universal). Starts in ~120ms even on 10-year-old hardware.

Is it secure? FTP is insecure, right?

Classic FTP is. NullFTP defaults to SFTP/FTPS with TLS 1.3, verifies host keys, encrypts stored passwords with OS keychain + AES-256, and warns on plain FTP.

Can I migrate from FileZilla / WinSCP / Cyberduck?

One-click importer for sites, bookmarks and keys. Most users migrate in under 2 minutes, including queue history.

Does it work offline / portable?

Fully. No account, no telemetry, no cloud. Run from USB, keep config in single folder. Perfect for air-gapped labs.

What OS are supported?
